Our story
What began as a single cave dwelling has been patiently revealed by local artisans over half a century — never rebuilt, only uncovered. Each chamber follows the grain of volcanic tuff, so no wall is straight and no suite is the same.
We keep the stone cool in summer, fire-warmed in winter, and the terrace open to the first balloons of dawn. This is not a hotel placed in Cappadocia. It is Cappadocia, made habitable.
